The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the location. In most cases packages will be delivered within 7-14 days of shipment.
Our puzzles are handmade and require a production time of 3 days.
Yes, we do ship to all countries worldwide. You may estimate the shipping cost during the checkout process. Please note customers are responsible for taxes and duties that may incur.
You can return the goods to us only in absolute exceptional cases. If the package has not arrived or the puzzle is damaged, please contact us via the ecrater messaging system.
